What is CNC Turning

CNC Turning is a metal cutting process based on digital control. It uses computer programs to accurately control the motion trajectory of lathe tools to achieve efficient and high-precision processing of rotating parts (such as shafts, discs, and sleeves). Its core principle is to convert design drawings into CNC programs (G codes), and the CNC system automatically drives the spindle rotation and tool feed to complete operations such as turning, drilling, boring, and tapping.

CNC turning process is an efficient processing method with digital control as the core in modern precision manufacturing. It drives the lathe through programmed instructions to complete the forming processing of rotating parts. Its typical process includes:
